1st August 2003 Just a quick note to tell you what a wonderful accommodation Dennis provided
in his flat in Soho, which I booked through your agency. The location was perfect for the entire West End, theatres, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square etc.
Dennis went out of his way to make my visit comfortable and successful. The room

Ann Kremer I just wanted to tell you that my daughter and I truly enjoyed both B&Bs you arranged for us. The location of the home in Trafalgar Square (home L767) was so centrally located that we were able to attend theater performances, eat, see the sights, and catch buses and subways easily. Our host, Dominic, an actor/entertainer/music hall owner, was quite a character who provided us a wealth of knowledge, history, and tips on what to see and how to get there Thanks again for your help in booking us into homes owned by gracious, helpful people! F. Giardina I have been remiss in writing to tell you of the wonderful experience a friend and I had staying with Helen in Chelsea in September. This was my first trip to London and staying with Helen certainly helped to make it easy and enjoyable. Helen started us off every morning with a filling breakfast and suggestions of places to visit or directions to get where we needed to go. We truly felt we were welcome and that we were staying at the home of a friend of long standing. Helen was able to provide us with tickets to an antique show that my friend wanted to see and even drove us to Victoria station to catch our train back to Gatwick airport. We came and went as if the house were our own. Chelsea was a terrific location and with Helen's hints about restaurants and local gardens we had a wonderful time. I would also like to thank you for making sure that we were sent to a nonsmoking B&B even though you had to do some rearranging of clients. My friend and I felt luck was with us when you sent us to Helen. She is a very nice lady. Thanks again. Carmela Giardina ...I am writing to let you know just how very pleased we were with our stay in one of your B&Bs. ... We had the entire ground floor of the townhouse and it was just perfect for the three of us. We had two bedrooms (one just for our college-age son), a kitchen, private bath, a washer and dryer(!) and our own private entrance with key. So, we had lots of room, lots of privacy-just really a terrific place to stay. Breakfast was great-fresh juice, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee and tea all at our convenience. and the actual location in London was perfect-just by Hyde Park, a very short walk to the Marble Arch tube, near to restaurants, banks and shops but yet very quiet. I also want to give special thanks and credit here to our hostess, Chris... She was warm, gracious and unfailingly helpful-even when suprised by early arrivals on a Bank Holiday weekend. Chris offered maps, excellent advice on restaurants and sightseeing and just basically made us feel very comfortable and welcome without ever seeming to “hover” over us... We certainly hope to visit London again, use London Bed & Breakfast to book our accommodation, and - if we are very fortunate - stay with Chris...again. Many thanks for providing such a great service. I hope that the double (room) will be available next time we come to London... and we won’t hesitate for a minute to send other business your way, knowing so many people in academia who are looking for clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable lodgings near the British Library and the heart of town, this lovely home meets all four criteria and the Knightsbbridge area is just delightful! husband and I stayed in London for 10 days in May with the "D" family. I can not
tell you how great they are! In our room was a collection of information on points of
interest in London from the obvious to the obscure - lists of antique shows and
areas-museums etc. restaurants-they were wonderful! We look forward to staying there again
